Clina capillary tube mats were installed from the basement to the attic in all living areas and enable efficient and comfortable temperature control. The living rooms are equipped with a plaster ceiling with heating and cooling function, as well as underfloor heating. For the bathrooms, a combination of underfloor heating and wall heating was chosen.
